Versatech & Associates Inc is the construction and technology arm of a family group that has been building in Anguilla since Comprehensive Construction Company was founded by Harold Ruan in 1989. From structural builds and renovations to enterprise IT, cybersecurity and digital transformation, we take responsibility for the whole result.

That matters on an island. Salt, heat and hurricane season punish shortcuts, and a villa or resort today is as much a network as it is a building. We design and deliver both, with one point of contact from groundbreaking to go-live.

    1. 1989

      Comprehensive Construction Company is founded

      Harold Ruan establishes Comprehensive Construction Company in Anguilla, building a reputation for uncompromising quality across the island and the wider Caribbean.

    2. 2000s

      Luxury hospitality work

      Construction and maintenance for prestigious names including Four Seasons and Cap Juluca sets the standard the group still works to today.

    3. 2015

      Versatech & Associates is born

      Harold and Hashim Ruan found Versatech to bridge traditional construction and modern technology: IT, cybersecurity, software and smart systems under one roof.

    Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder

    Harold has over 35 years in Caribbean construction. As founder of Comprehensive Construction Company in 1989 he built a reputation for quality and reliability across Anguilla, with deep expertise in civil and structural work, project management and operational leadership.

    At Versatech he oversees every construction operation, holds the standards, and maintains the client relationships that have defined the company, including work for Four Seasons and Cap Juluca.

    Chief Technical Officer & Co-Founder

    Hashim brings the technology vision that sets Versatech apart from a traditional contractor. He bridges built environments and the digital infrastructure that powers them, so clients get one integrated experience from groundbreaking to going live.

    His expertise spans IT systems architecture, cybersecurity, web and app development, and smart-building and electronic systems. He leads the technology division with a security-first approach and over a decade of CTO experience.
